Cant find the oil filter cover?

Cant find the oil filter cover?
Guys / gals I seen a finnedbillet oil filter cover somewhere that slips over your factory filter. The idea is the fins help cool the oil. Has anyone seen this for sale anywhere? I wonder if they work?

A neat idea that simply does not work.......
There are much better ways to have a cooling effect......oil coolers, synthetics.....etc.
