Just bought the 2000 road glide with 42 K miles 95 cubic with 203 cams.It was bored out at 30k the bike starts and idles good . After cleaning it up it has a very small seep at the front cylinder .Is that a big problrm ? Other then tearing it apart,I think it's been that way for awile.

are you talking about the base of the front cylinder where it meets the case. mine had a small leak there. found out i had a stripped head bolt on the front. bike ran great, until i spotted a head gasket leak, which took almost 1200 miles to start. pulled the front head and cylinder, installed heli-coil and new james gaskets and back together, no leak and seems fine. you might look at the front headbolt and see if you can get a wrench on it to check it for tightness. ive heard its common, if bike isnt warmed up, for it to leak there and there is a kit that extends the oil drainback into the case, which mine had and still leaked, from bad headbolt. but thats what id check first. good luck.

Its also common for the base O ring to crack over time too. More likely the problem.

that kit isnt avail for a twin cam tho. twin cams hardly ever leak at the base. most likely the head gasket. Someone probably installed the cometic stainless steel gasket set. The cyl. head has to be plained and perfectly true for those gaskets to work correctly. i'd just use a different head gasket.
