Did you replace the filter? Was the filtering media still intact inside the old filter?
Could also be the oil pump is dead...

somebody put something in my oil bag this what I'm doing now,I pour in 2 qts run it for 60 sec then pull the plug on the bottom ofthe motor and I get about a shotglassfull of milky watered oil. I pretty sure its trapped sitting in the bottom of the nose cone. the filter I took offis one of those long magnetic ones I'll cut it open today and see how it looks on the inside.

there are chemicals for removing water from the inside of the engine and oil paths. Go to a auto parts store and get one.
STOP running the engine with water in it. You WILL destroy it.
For best results (sorry) take the whole thing apart and clean it with solvents.
Water inside the engine is very bad. It is also very hard to remove. The chemicals will help, but from the sounds of it, you need to take it apart for a complete cleaning and inspection.
