I have a Dyna street bob 2017
Which engine oil do you recommend synthetic or mineral?

This guy obviously hasn't been schooled on using honey in all three holes. Or was it three honey holes.......?

what the factory recommends..figure they know better than me what is good for the engines they designed, built, tested, produced and have to deal with

You mean like before they sold synthetic they recommended mineral. Then synthetic when they sold that and motor oil in the primary until they recently came out with gear oil and now recommend that? And the list goes on.....

whatever....HD 360 and Formula+ has been factory fill for non CVOs for ~15 years..it works fine obviously...over think it all you want

I found a synthetic oil that meets Harley Davidson specifications and I think that is right for my bike
