Does anyone use the K&N filter?

It's a disposable oil filter. Probably no better or worse than the other brands. Some like the tin nut on it.

Don't know what else to tell you?

I've been using it for several years. Love it. Much easier to get off than the stupid Harley filter.

I use them because the bolt head makes it easier to take off

I used the K&N's for a long time prior purchasing my re-usalbe. They are a lot easier to come off on and off. Sometimes you can catch Amazon when they go on sale if you buy 6 each. I think they are good filters, never a problem.
Now I just use my re-usable and it is set up the way K&N filters are with the socket set on them.

It's an ok filter but a paper media. If you need the nut to get it off you're tightening it too much. I use the wix 57348. 5 micron synthetic media.

Me too, I buy them 6 at a time when Amazon has a special.
