Mobil Delvac Super 1300 in Harley Davidson
Just as the title states do'se anyone use it in their Harley's. I've watched some video's on Youtube where some are using Rotela T with good results. For me it would be a convenience deal as I have Mobil Delvac in bulk with a air pump on 50 ft of hose with a meter. Also for me to use Harley oil is a 200 mile one way trip to the dealers. I ride a 2014 XL1200C. Thanks for any responds and sorry about anther oil Thread.

Nothing is wrong with an oil thread in an oil section of a forum.
Mobile Delvac is a great oil, CJ4 rated commercial heavy duty oil. My RK calls for a 20/50 in my warm climate. If I could use a 40 without question, Delvac would be on the list.
If your bike says you can use a 40 weight oil Delvac 15/40 would be a great choice as it meets HDs requirement for a commerical heavy duty oil. (c rated)
If you bike states to use a 20/50. this is what I use, claims the rating that Harley wants in a 50 weight. Made by Citgo, same company that makes HD oil. Being its a lessor known name, I dont promote it to others much, its what I use, did many UOAs and a VOA, After shipping it comes to about $34. for a TWO gallon container delivered to your door. http://www.farmandfleet.com/products...iesel-oil.html

Thanks alarmdoug I am in Canada but still a little hesitant about using 15/40. I've 1 more year of warranty so I'll use Harley oil till then I guess then make my mind up. One thing I should state I'm not bashing Harley or my dealer Harley Davidson Winnipeg they've both treated me excellent its just a distance issue.
