540+ in NJ on Sunday!
What an awesome ride this past Sunday (11/19/06)! My local HOG chapter (Liberty in Rahway, NJ) held their annual Toy Run for the children's hospital in New Brunswick, NJ.
The sound of over 540 bikes (mostly Harleys but plenty of others as well) firing up and rolling out on a police-escorted ride from the dealership to the hospital was a thing of beauty.
And, I'll bet every kid looking out of those windows as all of the bikes roared around the drop-off loop past the front doors of the hospital was thinking about getting a motorcycle someday!
Congrats and thanks to all of our chapter officers, road captains, and everyone who worked so hard to make this the great success and memorable day that it was. And thanks as well to everyone at Liberty H-D for all their hard work and contributions.
