I live about 60 miles from there and, Steel Steeds is a cool place! You can jump on RT11 north and head over to Bandits, in Berwick. Here's a link for you. http://www.bandits-roadhouse.com/
You'll be staying in the prime area for riding. Personally, I would head North up through the State game lands, but make sure you check out the Lewisburg, its a nice little town.
Have fun and enjoy!!

The PA Game Comm. web site states: SGL 84 NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY
Approximately 5 miles beginning at a gate/parking area in Eldred Township, Schuylkill County west to a gate/ parking area adjacent to SR 125 in East Cameron Township.
Here's the link. http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal...=562954&mode=2
At least it's a start.

Sorry for the late reply....Work and Family are crazy right now.
First off, get a map because there are tons of little roads and state forests up there. Loyalsock, Tioga, Elk, Susquehannock and Bald Eagle just to name a few. Rt 44 is a nice ride, RT120 and 287 are also nice. The best thing to do is ask the people at Steel Steeds or one of the locals. They know all the nice little side roads in and around the mountains.
I hope this helps and Please get a map...I still use one when I'm up there lmao!!
Enjoy
Mike
