Sad for OC and Delmarva Bike week but I can't say I'll miss them. They were less than friendly and probably got what they deserved.

Sad to hear but O.C. in it's entirely has been going down hill from some time. We still go for the kid to play Soccer and such but for a relaxing trip Rehobeth has been getting our business for the past few years

Yup the same attitude you get at Spuck's other place, Seaford HD. Trying to get someone to help you in that place is like pulling teeth. They act like they are doing you a favor. I can say that Seaford closing is prolly not that far behind OCHD.

You would think someone would clue them in, or as a management they should be able to recognize this as a weakness in the business plan. Oh well. There are some awesome independent shops in the area where the owners and mechanics are some of the coolest people you can meet.

I knew of a few bad experiences in service at Seaford and had one myself, the sales people was as y'all described. Parts counter was decent.

Even though it was the same owner, I had much better experiences with sales and service at the Ocean City shop.

It pretty much sucks I must now roll the dice again with service Seaford. I wonder if any of the techs have changed since I last dealt with them (2006?). I usually do my own wrenching, but right now I have a deal on my 2009 where they are doing all my scheduled maint. free for two more years.
