I have never been on these roads, are these good roads to run or are the very conjested? I usually take 195 to 539 to parkway south but i wanted to try something differnt. any input on these routes?

206 is straight as an arrow. I'd suggest 29 south to 195 to 526 to 529.
Or 206 to 70 to 72 to 563 (becomes 50) rest of the way.
First mea culpa - I haven't ridden all these roads but I've ridden 206 to 54 and there HAS to be better roads to ride.
Second - I enjoy scenic, relatively windy 50mph country roads, so if that's not what you like, nevermind...

Your way there is no traffic. I'll be on that road tomorrow about 8:30 There are a few more turns then that. I can't give you exact directions because I just drive that way and don't pay attention to the route numbers. I do know I get on 666 to 49. Sorry I can't be of more help.
