Any suggestions for the Southeastern Pennsylvania area - possibly Northeast Philly for a reputable shop. Someone who's flexible enough, doesn't have a 3 month waiting list and most importantly is straight-up HONEST.

I 2nd Dave @ Jd's cycle works...doing a build for me right now on my
