Default Thunder in the Valley questions...

I have a few days open for a ride June 26-29. Saw an ad for Thunder in the Valley. Is it a crazy party? or more a family day? (rather party!) It getting close in time, but any rcommendations in Hotel closest to the action?

Thank You

Actually I think a nice combination of both. Downtown areas are good for single bikers, families, whatever. Greenhouse Park events........... probably shouldn't take the kids.

As for accomodations, I have no clue about availability (like you said.... it's getting late)but the Holiday Inn (Downtown) is right in the middle of things. A couple of decent places within 5 or 10 minutes of downtown are the Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn and Holiday Inn Express. All of these are in an area called Richland.
