RE: Boycott New Hope, PA
Local paper stated that New Hope had to refrain from using the term "Biketoberfest" due to a conflict with Daytona having the rights to that name. It ended up being called "Bike Fest". Council members complained that the festival would bring noise and traffic problems, creating more police overtime. Paper relates at the end of the day, 10 citations were issued for noisy bikes ($77 fine) a repeat offender was given a $300 fine. The paper then related that this is a normal amount of citations for a Sunday in the borough". ...........[:'(][:'(][:'(]

I look at it two ways. F**k 'em. Free world right. They gave me a ticket for my tire being on the painted white line ina parking spot. I don't know if that means they don't like bikers, and they LOVE the revenue. They go after thecagers too, I've seen the wavingpapers.
Sometimes you ask yourself, if you live in such a neighborhood that brings people in on weekends, if you don't like it move. I hate the "I was here 30 years ago when it was quiet". Times change. Adapt or move.
I'll go through anyway and park in Lambertville if I choose to stop.
I only stop for the pizza joint.
