I am looking for riders in the York area to ride with me. I am tired of riding alone.

 

I would think you would have plenty of people to ride with being in York........

 

We were in York the other night, a nice short ride from Carlisle. Stopped at some place called the "HoP" ,cool place but man the odors from upstream were disgusting!
What is a good hang out there?

 

Try the Harp and Fiddle...Great place for food and music

 

I rode thru sunday, we were headed to jefferson for the vintage bike show and swap meet. Had lunch at smokey bones on rt.30.

I'd love to get some local HDF rides going in the area! I'm just up around theHershey area. God knows we got some great riding around here!

Alittle late notice, but this saturday there is a carity ride from the grantville area up into the coal region a hundred mile loop. I don't have all the details here right now, but it's 20 bucks, includes the ride and after party with overnight camping, Food, Beer, Band! it's the st joe's indianschool run, it is the 20th year. They are raising money for a native american childrens school.

I'm not camping, but I'm definatly doing the ride, food and some beer! I'll bring the flier I have home tomarow and post more details.

The ride organizes out of Eddie Rehr's camp ground along rt 441(fishing creek valley) They are doing registration from 8:30 am til 10:30am saturday The ride leave's at 11.

If you want to check it out, shoot me a PM and I'll get you my cell # , we could meet up around the truck stops out on 81 at the RT 39 /hershey exit, Eddie's is only a couple of minutes from there.

 

That sounds GREAT, but I am heading to NJ this weekend for family. Is there anything next weekend?

Next weekend, Don't know of anything off hand. I'm gonna have to work saturday next week, but I'm open for something on sunday?

Actually,I'll have to check, but I think the last summer gathering in epherta is next sunday.
Don't know if you've heard of it,but the first sunday of each month during summer they have a biker breakfast at one of the local parks. last time down I bet there was 1500 - 2000 bikes.
