OK, kick stands up at 12:00 at Shop Rite on RT206N Byram 07874.

Not sure of where exactly your from but by the quick mapquest I just did it looks around 1.5 hours from the meeting point. We do have members that have traveled that far or further for this ride every year. Heck half the fun is the ride to the ride.

i'm right next door in Wallingford and was was thinking of maybe making the ride down there this year.
It would probably have to be an overnighter.
Sat. would make that better for us

Yes, it's actually on the border of Stanhope/Byram. It's exit 25 off of RT80W RT206N.

If your up to it, then join us off of RT23N at the above rest area to meet the other folks at SR.

Hey Tip
I want to try and get this on my schedule. I know it's early and your still in the planing stage so I'll keep an eye on the thread to see how it's coming together.

I'm probably going to be putting on the two up seat so I figure it should take about 3 hours to get there because that seat comes with a speed restricter that taps me on the shoulder when the speedo gets above 75. And i'm sure will want to stop a couple of times.

So i guess my 1st question is, is it an up an back run?

Thanks,
Keith

Keith, we usually split up after heading through NY then PA. There are some folks who live up in that area that meet just to meet folks and ride part of the way. Then there are folks who come up from South Jersey who start heading back because of the time frame. I usually will hang out for a bit. I know a bunch of cool bars/restaurants along the way that are cool places to stop at. Great places for photo's too!

So basically we don't go back to Shop Rite or that area. Although it's real easy to get back to.

Some stops on the way back, Rohmans (located in Shohola PA), Mels Tavern on Rt6 (i think it changed names since), The Carriage House in Barryville, NY, then in Jersey, Gyps Tavern on Rt206S in Branchville, Airport Pub on Rt565 in Sussex, Big John's off of Rt23N in Newfoundland(West Milford) etc....

All great places to eat and drink. And more...
