They're starting early this year. My nephew got a loud exhaust ticket last summer in one of these.

 

I went by the check point in my auto heading to the event and noticed the officers but never did see the sign. Though it was one big azz radar trap. Must have been at least 10 Trooper cars (that's all I could see from the roadway).

 

You can not get a loud exhaust ticket in the state of NY at a check point that would hold up in court. Not having baffles...yes....Loud exhaust No.

 

This is bigger than a check point,you realize that. right?

Don't think it's not coming. The administration wants control over it's subjects.

 

Just another reason to stay out of that commie state.
