Default George's Garage Tools

Needed to replace front wheel bearings on the '14 FLHTK and bought George's bearing R&R set #740010. Now I've used his tooling before and have always been amazed with the quality and he again DID NOT disappoint. The set from George was again outstanding, absolutely professional grade. Reading reviews of other and cheaper options of stripping threads and galling, I can say this set pulled the bearings out as smooth as snot. Perhaps they only get used every few years, but I'm a tool junkie and totally happy with the purchase. A++, +10!!

If you are in the market for Harley tooling, I highly recommend George's Garage! Made in the good 'ol USA too...

George's wheel bearing tool kit is heat treated to eliminate problems associated with the more inexpensive tool brands. That did it for me.

Agree 100% with the OP. I have many of the George's Garage tools and they are not only top quality at a reasonable price, they are beautiful!

I have almost every tool George's garage makes. The quality is outstanding and as mentioned before they look nice as well. I just ordered the 39mm 41mm and the 49mm fork seal driver set yesterday. I have all the transmission tools and twin cam tools they make just haven't had the need for the evo tools yet.

Agreed, first-rate tools. Also typically less expensive than the other, "guys first name" brand of tools.

Can you buy just the puller/installer needed for a 2015 Ultra Limited? Seems like I am buy a kit, of which I probably will only use one of the three sizes.

Have not called Georges because I am not sure which one I need yet.

I think the 9276B is a 25mm ID bearing.

Probably because they are made to do the same job..... it would be hard to look too different if they do the same job, the same way...

Even though they look the exact same, you can't tell things like quality, machining tolerances, and as mentioned, being heat treated, from a pic...

I have noticed differences in quality beyween tools that look the exact same, once I have them in my hand...

Nothing better than tools that work for the purpose they've been designed for ... Free info, ALWAYS lube threads on any puller that you're using
