Looked at the site and saw pricing. Once you get above $500 most people will be going Ohlin or Legend.
No experience here, so until they are proven, money goes with what works.

I replaced the stock air shocks on my 2015 FLHTK with the Yelvington shocks. I purchased them during Biketoberfest 2016. My wife immediately noticed the difference and things have smoothed out. I'm certainly not having to deal with air leaks any longer!

With about 3,000 miles on them I'm still happy I switched.

I went ahead and ordered a set. They had a promo of 30 days or send them back, plus 100.00 off and free shipping.

We shall see..Should be here 2/24...I have a 2015 Limited Low and they had mechanical adjustable shocks. Tried different settings plus what the book says. Just not happy with them.

Hopefully these work out -

Shocks arrived Friday and installed. First thing I noticed was the quality. The look and feel is very solid versus what came off.

Another positive note, both sides adjust, unlike stock where only one side had an adjustment.

Tried them out on some local bumpy roads. Seemed better than stocked but I need more time on them.

Cost was competitive with other brands but a couple selling points was 30 day no risk, 100.00 off promo, free shipping and made here in the USA.

If I had the money, Ohlins would be my first choice. I read reviews on the Progressive 944's, which had many positive points. I almost bought those when these came into view.

I guess time will tell...

I hate to say it, but no amount of money is going to buy you an 11" shock that isn't harsh. There just won't be enough travel. If you are looking to lower your wife's bike, at least give Howard from motorcyclemetal.com a call. If I recall correctly, he is able to provide an Ohlins shock that sits lower but still has a useful amount of travel.
