Its gonna be a first time for me. Anybody have any good stories (or bad)that would like to share?? Not sure what to expect....

 

gotta go to the avi on saturday, its a casino on the outskirts of laughlin, and watch the race your ride drags. funny to watch guys pound there stock harleys like race bikes. oh and if you plan on doing some drinking, dont stay at harrahs, its to far from the other casinos. last year we got stuck at the riverside at 2 in the morning, drunk out of our minds, couldn't get a cab, and had to walk back, it was brutal!!!!

 

I went last year, I dunnoi about this year. Money is a little tight. Prolly one vacation or run only...

 

i go every year. its getting more and more expensive. tons of vendors at all the main casinos. i agree about the harrahs. too far and the secuity is just crazy. you have to wear a band for the whole time you are there to get to your rooms. on the streets there are police everywhere. they leave you alone, but the gals are less hesistant to show some skin. what we usually do is ride around during the day and walk around during the night. its fun, but be prepared to spend some $$

 

I sure hope they get some better entertainment than ZZ Top and The Fabulous Thunderbirds. [:'(]

 

Staying at the Ramada Express............They have got a great outdoor bar setup with a great view of Casino Drive. It's a blast to booze and watch all the bikes and people cruise by!

 

That is where I am staying also. Been awhile since I have been there for the run, but the first drinks on me if we catch up to each other.

 

RAMADA HERE AS WELL! we should set a day and time to meet up.
