Getting a PP account is easy. Just need an email addy and bank account or credit card.
You may find it hard to sell something without a PP account due to the risks involved of sending a MO with no way of guaranteeing a resolution should the product not ship. Not saying you would not hold up your part but a buyer needs the reassurance PP provides in case of a dispute

pp account
I do not agree with pay pals account/user policies. If I remember correctly it states that you cannot sue paypal, cannot join in any class action suit against paypal, and basically it is pp way or the highway. When they changed the policies regarding user accounts I did not agree and my account was terminated. I especially do not like their fee's, and the fact that I had to let MY money sit for a specific amount of time before I could access it. Sorry for the rant, and it may have changed, but my money is my money and pp gets zero fees from me. Also a money order is fairly secure. If you don't receive the merchandise you file a complaint the same as paypal. You're protected. Paypal isn't the be all end all. Money orders have been around for a lot longer than paypal.
