Is there a felt area for a windshield. How 'bout heat resistant material for the pipes?

Sorry, I didn't see this post until today. No soft felt, the material does not scratch the windshield or paint. Not sure how heat resistant the material is, I don't think I would want to put it or any cover on hot pipes, I'll see if I can dig up any info Harley lists on it!

I'm moving garages soon so I'm cleaning out the junk drawer.. Lets get this thing outta here. $40 bucks shipped to the lower 48, someone's gotta have a use for this or a wall to hang it up on!
