Tach or speedo mount
I have the factory speedo mount from my '06 FXD. This is the one that is part of the top clamp and can be used for a speedo or a tach. Its wrinkle black. I added a tach to my bike so I replaced it with a dual gauge mount. $25.00 shipped.

Do you have a picture of the clamp itself?

I can post one later but it is a standard clamp that fiths the factory style risers.
