brand new,never painted,approx. 5 1/8 wide.was told it was 5in. when i bought it,but the inside width is 5 in. plus the thickness of the metal. it is one piece not welded. for a 19 inch but might fit 21?

A free bump, but I'm curious. What size are you going to order?
If all you need is the 5" outside measurement, what you have will flex that far. I just went through that with the fender in my sig pic.

 

gotta remeasure,but it flexed alot and dont wanna mess up the paint once painted,probably gonna hafta go with 4.75"
