I bought this because I was planning on making my own laydown license plate mount. I've since bought a license plate bag that won't work with a laydown mount. You can make your own laydown mount with some sheet metal, some hardware, and this spacer.

This is J&P catalog number 3400055. You can see their site for fittment, but it looks like it fits anything with the 3 hole plate mount pattern.
