I have a 2008 nightrain. Are the rings already on the pistons and gapped? Will 10.5cr be to much for 91 pump gas and a se204 cam?

It should run fine 91-93 octane. I had 10.5 in my Nighttrain with no problems. With the size of your cams, you may need to install compression releases in your heads. The rings are in the bag, they should not need to be regapped, but you should check them before you install them.

We only have 91 octane here in vegas and it has alot of aditives in it because of the heat. I was thinking se204 or se255. Will I have to use the compression releases all the time?

The compression releases only stay open when you are cranking the motor over, they will close as soon as the motor starts. I also have a set of SE 255 cams if you would have an intrest in them.
