I just installed a BT01 Hayden Tensioner on my 03 Softail. Amazed by the changes. So much easier to find neutral. Trans shifts real smooth. Power curve seems to be so smooth as I roll thru the gears. Definitely less vibration overall. When installed I got only 1/2' clearance with no shims. Called Hayden and they said that was totally ok. A little whirling noise, but not extreme; and their Q&A said that should go away within 200-300 miles.
