polyethylene liner that prevents water intrusion on the

Velcro flaps prevent water intrusion.

Fits 82 and later XL Models with low uprights and 58711-96 or 56487 88A rack
And 91’ and later FXD/FXDL/FXD Conv Models with stock or low uprights.
