I have Power Commander III USB, used for a year, that fits several Harley models, the Part numbers are 805-510 for 805-511, 807-511, 810-511, 811-511, 812-511, 813-511 and 814-511.

This includes the original package, the PCIII USB module, the USB interface, the software, and registration card. I also have installation instructions but these are also available on the Dynojet web site. Please check with DynoJet to make sure that this part fits you bike. I don't have a fitment list here but you can find out from DynoJet. Also is a photo to show the info I have provided above.
