OhioSkully -- is your concern over the width due to the bracket system you'd need to hook up to some detachable side plates? If so I'd talk to jackyl as he makes these brackets and he's got a street bob, which I think is the same width as your SGC, right?

my bike is a 2001 dyna. fits right on my sissy bar brackets. I dont think it would be hard to put on a wider fender might need to find some spacers though. Ill get pics asap the snow here is slowing me down I have everything in a relatives garage and they are on back roads out in the sticks.

The pack has leather padding for the passanger it is a big back rest if you are riding two up and looks more comfortable than my regular sissy pad

Default Similar to Tour Pack on my VTX1300

I have the same Tour Pack installed on my other bike, '08 VTX1300.

I made a similar bracket to mount to the VTX sissy bar uprights mounts.

It would be on my '08 SG if I could match the pearl white gold flake w/o having a shop do it for around $450.

Wife loved the backrest on this trunk - similar to the feeling she had on our old 85 Wing

I even incorporated a 3rd brake light under the trunk on the mount - better visibility and attention getting when brake applied

Good luck on the sale - The buyer should be satisfied for the price -
