The Chips are basically Bluetooth headphones that fit inside your helmet. A rechargeable battery gives you 10 hours of playtime. The built in microphone let's you make calls. Wireless or wired . Unit is used but i never used it. I tested it and it works. Its in great condition and all the parts and instruction are in the kit. Went with a faring with a radio. $50 plus the ride

Usually, the speakers fit in pockets inside the helmet or in the neck brace, and the wire that connects them together goes around a slot at the back of the helmet. At least, that's the way my 1/2 Scorpion EXO-100 helmet does.

If you are using these to ride, you might be disappointed. They were originally made for skiing and similar activities. They aren't particularly loud outside that.
