23 x 3.5, 48 spoke, dual disc, 25mm bearings. wheel and tire have 400 miles on them approx. rotor not included. didnt really like the way my mini-project was turning out so I went back to a fat tire 17 inch wheel on my bike. like new condition with only a few minor scratches from rocks that were touched up, 130/60/23 metzeler ME888, still has some nipples. 400 plus shipping (for both) to your zip code, continental US only, or available for local pick up. cant really deliver it over 20 miles from my place, transmission slips in my car sometimes.
