I purchased this off of another member about a week ago, and I never installed it, and then purchased a new bike that this won't work on, so I'm trying to re-sell this and recoup my money.
According to the original seller:
Removed from a 2009 Dyna FXD. This is a Fuel Moto Power Commander 3 USB part number FM-814 (812-511 FM). I emailed Fuel Moto to see what models this would fit and they responded:
Thanks for reaching out to Fuel Moto. Technically the unit can work on 2002-2007 Touring, 2001-2006 Softail and 2004-2011 Dyna. The differences are the instructions and the accessories that come with it. The part you (FM-814) have is equivalent to FM-805 (Softail), FM-807 (Touring) and FM-812 (Touring).
It includes the PC III USB module and two O2 sensor loopback plugs. Also included is the 9v adapter (for off bike programming), original CD, decals and unopened USB cord.
It also includes the original instructions and invoice from Fuel Moto.
I'm asking $115 shipped for this so I can break even. Thanks for looking!
You won't need a license. It will plug right in and work. In order to get maps, you can get them off of the dynojet website, or contact Fuel Moto for custom maps. You would need the invoice number to do that, which is included.
