I am planning to run up to Dodge City from Waco, Texas when the weather gets better. Any Kansians give some tips about area? I see on map the Dalton Gang hideout is south of there. Any good campgrounds? Ride easy.

 

My wife and I rode Dodge two falls ago and just did not find much of note to report. We kept moving and found the hills of Texas to be more of our liking.

 

Once you go there you will understand the saying get the hell out of dodge.
