I'm a +1 with Joe on the Coronado Trail. I've never ridden a road with so many turns that I thought they'd ever end...and I was never happier to see a straight stretch after we got to Hanagan Meadow! Its definitely one of the 'must do' rides in the west. Our group rode it in June 2008 from the south-to-north...middle of the week and we didn't have much traffic to compete with.

While on the Coronado I decided that you didn't want to miss any turns...I'm sure it would take an ambulance better than a day to get to you!
