Are the medallions CNC machined?

Wife picked up the timing cover and Marine Corps Bulldog challenge coin for me at this year's Rolling Thunder. I am very satisfied with the quality of both pieces and it looks great on my engine. Thanks. Guess I need to update my sig pic!

For those who have the timing cover - is it flush on the back, or beveled? I'd like to put one of these mounts on top of my tour-pack, but none of my old command coins will fit the "universal mount" md69 offers (they're all 1.5 inches and the universal holder is for 1.8 coins). I'm wondering if I could just bolt the timing cover on there...

I met them at Delmarva Bike Week this year and purchased a couple coins and horn mount. Excellent quality and great service. John, just keep expanding the line and I'll have them all over the bike.
BTW, I like the idea of a 1.8 that is bolt mounted. Like, as mentioned, on the top or even the sides of the tour pacs and bags.

I know this is a pretty old thread- all my command coins from the US Navy are 1.5 inches. I think I saw on the site that they now make a 1.5inch? Durability-

i love this idea and think it is going to look great.
