Good luck with the sale. I'm sure you will find a buyer in no time. I would suggest taking photographs of the one your selling by itself. It does no good when someone sees the newer version with its new lines which can be had for a couple of thousand more with zero miles. Also, you might have a better chance if advertised in other places such as craiglist, ebay, or even your local classifieds.

Thanks, it is advertised other places. "couple thousand more?" Isn't a new Limited about $10k more? And the one sitting next to it is $21,000 more. I get what your saying about the pics. I just don't have that many of it by itself. I'll have to take some more.

Little off the main subject, but what kind of air pressures do you run in the shocks on these Limiteds? This is my first bagger.

Really depends on your needs. You can run the psi from zero to 40. I'm 235 lbs., so I put more than some. Plus my Wife rides along many times, so I like 35 to 40 psi.

My dealer tells me that the Rushmore bikes really hurt the values. My dealer gave me $17,000 for my 07 SE Ultra. I was OK with that number. I question why anyone would pay close to $20,000 for a used bike that has the old frame. Basically the whole motorcycle was updated in 2014. You can buy a new ultra classic for close to $23,000. The difference is to close.

Too close for some. Not everyone wants to spend $23k, however. So, hopefully my bike will be the perfect match for someone only wanting to spend less than $18k Maybe $5k isn't a lot to you or some, but saving $5k may afford someone else to opportunity to own a very nice Limited.

For sure $5000 is a lot of money or many monthly payments
