Default 1999 Road King Classic - Immaculate! 10K miles - Chicago Area

I am selling my (new to me) HD Road King Classic. It is Cobalt Blue (purple hue) and just turned 10K miles this summer. When I purchased it there were 9700 miles on it and I was able to get 2 years of transferrable Harley Factory Warranty with it since the dealership knew how well it was maintained. The bike is basically PERFECT! I am really not exaggerating when it comes to the condition of this bike, people are blown away when they see that it is a '99. I am selling it because we just picked up two puppies and combining that with graduate school makes it impossible to ride.

The bike comes with Stage 1 intake and Rinehart exhaust that sounds great. Not over powering unless you're riding behind it at freeway speeds, then it can get a little loud (or so I'm told). It has the white wall tires on it which are still in pretty good shape, and has a few Willie G logos put on at the dealership. The engine has all sorts of Harley chrome parts on it and everything was installed at the dealership. I have all records of purchased parts and installation dates. I does come with passenger backrest/ luggage rack and I've installed the lever adjustable backrest for the driver. All the floorboards have been upgraded, as well as the mirrors with the LED mirrors. All controls are chromed including buttons, and the entire front end forks are chromed. All lights have the chrome eyelids and since the pictures were taken, I've replaced the orange turn signal lenses with clear lenses and orange bulbs. The tops of the bags show a little wear, but I think they could be cleaned up with a good leather cleaner/conditioner.

I'm sure there is more to tell, but that should cover most of it for now. I've attached some images but have higher quality ones that I can send. Everyone that I've shown pictures to has said that the pictures don't do it justice, especially the color. I'm located in South Aurora near Naperville and Plainfield so I encourage you to stop by and take a look if you're interested.

Asking price: $11,499

Thanks man! I’ve had a few people kinda hesitant about the color, but I think it looks great and I’ve never seen another one like it.
