HISTORY: This bike was purchased brand new from the dealer in August 09. Three months later the bike was laid down at an intersection trying to avoid an illegal u-turn. All the damage was purely cosmetic and the bike sustained no frame damage. I decided to go ahead and build the bike the way I had intended from my wish list all at once instead of slowly piecing it together. The bike rides, handles and performs flawlessly. It has great power with the Fuel Moto upgrades, and looks great while still maintaining the "blank slate" look of the standard FLHT. There is still plenty of room left to create a nice custom ride.

Regular title or reconstructed?

 

Not sure. Is that the description of the bike on the title (reconstructed) post repair; or that state of the title itlself? Not really sure how that works. New to me.

He's referring to the class of title for this bike. Is it a salvage or reconstructed title (depends on state's terminology). If it is, that typically makes a significant difference to buyers.
