I don't think I would dump any more $$ into the bike if your intent is to sell it. There are lots of people out there that think it looks good. I see more of them on the street lately. Don't confuse the poor economy with your inability to sell what you perceive as an unpopular bike. Actually you would be better off to trade it in as is now, than to sell it six months from now after spending more cash on it.

I guess im feeling like no one wants it because i live in a city where the recession didn't really happen. Everyone works for the gov here and has clearances and such so our pay never dropped..just our home values... I am a little negotiable on the price so don't feel afraid to shoot me an offer. Just be reasonable!

Interesting following this thread...
Seeing what a bike costs new, how much the value drops just in driving it out the door and a few months later (according to KKB and dealership that would be selling a 'used' bike - somehow a 2010 bike in this nice a condition does not seem 'used' but finally broken in)...
Looking at replies from Willmont and doing calculations to realize that with time and money spent he is actually correct (when I first saw his response I was thinking that can't be correct when someone will meet you half way)...
And the comments that seem to be proven out that 'add-ons' for the most part mean nothing to the value of the bike unless they are also preferred by the individual looking to buy it (other posts also suggest selling your bike as close to stock as possible and selling your add-ons separately because you will get more back on them that way)
Think that at the price listed the OP will hopefully find a buyer close to his area so that the asking price will be a good price for both he and the potential buyer.
Too nice a bike to be just sitting in a garage.
