Default How many is too many bumps or TTT?

I am curious what you all think about this. I remember a guy a year ago trying to sell some bikes who bumped his post over 80 times and kept burying newer posts by constantly bumping his to the top. I am just curious, in your opinion how many is too many?

My take, if you have bumped it more than 25 times more than likely no one is interested. I was selling some parts a few months ago and after 10 bumps I gave up myself. The good thing is since he has left you don't see the problem anymore, and I know it wore on many people, but what do you all think, how many bumps or ttt posts are enough?

Ya gotta figure if no one is responding at all, then there either isn't any interest, or your price is just too high. I know that's the case for one bike that's listed now. Nice bike, but about $1500 too high

I would agree with you, a couple bumps a week is plenty and if you lower the price after a couple weeks it's all good, or if there is new information like another needed photo or such.

Apparantly is doesn't matter, we have the 04 road king at 40, and the
sportster flat track racer coming in at 37.
People should have to lower their price by $100 for every bump.
By the way, I need to go bump my ad

None are as bad though as the two sporters for $8800 a piece. I believe last time I saw it he had bumped it over 120 times.

Personally I do not get anything over 10 bumps myself. After that maybe once a week max but that is just my opinion.
