The local Harley dealer here in Wasilla put a 24,000 dollar price tag on the first 2009 bagger in AK. It happened to be a Standard. Someone bought it right away. A couple of weeks later, they had their regular stock in and 2009 Street Glides wre selling for 21,000 dollars. I say more power to ya!If someone wants to pay more for a bike than someone else does, then welcome to a free country. Every time someone pays too much for a bike, I feel better about owning my '07 Standard. I'd say that guy has much to be thankful for!

 

Not sure what you're trying to say there touch down. It would seem though, that after two years, no one wants to pay too much for this one.

It's not an obsession.
Well actually, I do have a bit of a Harley obsession.
Since I enjoy the bikes and the internet, I make a habit of just brousing through all the used bikes I can find. See some nice rides and some great deals. Instead of just watching TV, I kinda surf around from the forums to the classifieds, or whatever. So you see, how, every so often, I may see the same bike more than once and sometimes it's this Black Pearl Ultra.
I always get a chuckle and I'll always post it if I see it, cause I know of a few that find it humorous also.
No big deal.
