DM - with a price like that, how can you not expect a little bashing. Not trying to be a ***** but posting a used 07 bike for 5000 more than cost of a new ride, is going to bring some bashing, no matter what you want to hear. If you can't take the heat, don't post a ridiculous price for a bike that can be had for much less (7-8000 less)elsewhere.

 

If I could just add to that.
If I were trying to find a sale for a bike and I had a bunch of guys telling me and the rest of the world, the price is too high, I might be a little upset at them also.
The thing is, although it is unlikely anyone that reads your ad now will want to buy it at that price, since it is way high, you've got to ask yourself who would spend $24,000 on a motorcycle without first checking out what other stuff out there is worth?
My guess is no one.
So if you're thinking some of this bash or what ever you want to call it, is letting the cat out of the bag buddy. It's really not.
What you're getting, like it or not , is good honest advice on the value of your bike.

Thanks for the advice... The bike is now SOLD.. Guess there are some folks out there that were interested.Supposed to pick it up this weekend, the money is showing up in my account already, so i know it's someone not pulling my leg...

I have a brand new 08 for sale for a grand less. Bad news it is bone stock, good news is you can pick the color.
