2008 Harley Nightster with custom turbocharger
Hello, I am selling a 2008 Harley Nightster that has been turbo’d, making nearly double the power she left the factory with. I am asking $6000 cash as is where is. The bike is located in Austin, Tx.
The turbo was fabbed by the previous owner- everything needed for mounting the turbo to the motor was done by the owner as there are no turbo packages for sportsters. This is likely the only turbo'd sportster you will ever see.
The bike is in very good condition and has had the following modifications performed by the previous owner:
Following installed around 5,000 miles:
-Hammer 1275 flat top big bore kit $800
-Hammer bronze pinion gear $98
-Energy one clutch (spring plate eliminated) $165
-Dynojet powervision
Turbo installed around 6,500 miles:
-Turbo is off of a 2007 Subaru WRX
-All stainless header and exhaust
-Set at 5-6psi right now
-It has a Tubosmart manual boost controller that you can crank it up if you want. The previous owner put the bike on a dyno at Central Texas Harley with the turbo and it made 119hp and 104tq at 8psi. It's currently at 5psi (very easy to turn boost up and down with controller).
Other upgrades:
-Harley tach/speedo combo $275
-Harley fuel level kit $120
-Harley headlight cowl $100
-Harley further forward controls (still mids)
-10" Holey Roller handlebars
-Boost and AFR gauge $190
-Dynojet PCV with boost reference $300
-Dynojet Auto tune kit $400
-Mustang fastback seat $350
-Roadking rear air shocks $100
-Trackerdie 39mm 11" damper tube kit- $100
-Racetech fork springs $129.99
-Ricor intiminators $179.99
-Dunlop American Elite tires with lots of tread
-Tank lift/wire tuck
-Vulcan 3 degree raked cups $180
-Harley sissy bar/backrest
-Willie and Max swingarm bag $80
-Harley nostalgic grips $60
-Harley oil temp gauge (analog) $60
-Screamin Eagle .551 cams $287 (currently in bike)
I personally have upgraded the following:
-Arlene Ness Big Brake front brake rotor (Adds a TON more braking power to bike)
-Arlene Ness jagged back brake rotor
-Lyndell Gold brake pads front and back
-Custom fabbed lighting sissy bar
-LED Front headlight
-Roland Sand pegs
I have a ton of accessories you can have with the bike, including a Biltwel sissy bar bag (shown in the pics) and a sissy bar that is better for carrying passengers. With the sissy bar bag, this bike is awesome for long distance rides (I have ridden it out to Big Bend and back and it was like riding in an armchair)
You can see a video of the bike running with the turbo here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S7y...ew?usp=sharing
