Harley Part # 49140-05. The parts cataloug states that it fits all FL models, however I purchased it from a local dealer for my 06 FXST, and I believe it fits other models as well.
There is a slight scrape on the bottom left and a small mark under the center mounting bracket, neither of which are visable when the bar is mounted.
