SOLD.......SOLD.....I ordered this seat for my 04 ULTRA and never used it. I had them build it as a close seat to move me foward 1.5 inches before I added my reach handlebar set-up and when I received it it was too close for me. The seat is as new and includes the backrest as shown in the pictures. It is a close seat, so don't consider it unless your smaller than me and I'm 5'10" at 185lbs.
