same guage and radio layout as an 09 Ultra? in other words, can i buy this, have it painted, and replace mine as an exact swap out?

 

Yes they will interchange totally...
Now with this said the only difference will be the mirrors
The Ultra has them attached to the clutch and brake pearchs while the streetglide has them mounted in the fairing
But other then that they are identical
