Bought this brand new today but it's too short for me and manufacturer won't make exchanges. This is a 13" which is equivalent to a 10" HD shield in terms of height. Only on my bike for about 20 miles and has no scratches. Paid $135 delivered to my house, will sell for $100 delivered to yours.
