How about a title somewhat more descriptive then 'For Sale' ?

I think every post should at least say what they are selling in the title, list a location within the ad, and a price. This isn't ebay, so ads simply saying 'best offer' I tend to skip. If you don't know how much you want, take it to an auction site. But I find most people saying 'best offer' really DO know what they want.

Pics are always going to help, but some people don't have that option. Sellers just need to be aware they will have better luck with a picture or two, almost ALWAYS.
