According to HD 08 parts catalog they will fit. P/N 91216-97. No damage. I'm guessing shipping would be approx $30 because of the size of box needed.

the SE mufflers

Do the SE mufflers you're listing have removable baffles ? My application would be to an 09 SG .

They won't fit an 09. HD changed the touring line in 09 and everything is different. According to HD's catalog, they fit 07-08 only. I'm guessing they will fit earlier bikes but not be legal for some reason. They do not have removable baffles.

They came off an 06, I don't think they will fit an 09
