What is the difference between this one and a PCIII??

The pcIII has more capabilities. Typically needed for setups with motorwork. If all you have is a stock motor with aftermarket pipes and AC then the fuel pac works great and is cheaper.

V&H will update the software for $29.95. The software was updated in Nov. 2006. So if it was purchased after that, it's probably the new software and there are maps for cams, true duals, etc.
